The services provided as part of the standardized hosting offer include

• accompanying project management for the implementation of digital open access journals without APCs
• establishing a standardized digital environment for the sustainable publication of journals on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) software platform in the latest stable running version
• customizing a modern, standardized journal template
• sustainable hosting of digital scientific journals for a contractually defined minimum period of time
• basic measures for making the journals visible and indexing the measures for long-term archiving of published articles
• providing a general, non-individualized OJS test system (sandbox) for all journal editorial offices
• giving advice on the content design of journal websites in accordance with the standards and guidelines for hosting digital scientific journals
• providing information on Open Journal Systems, Open Access publishing, Open Science criteria, metadata requirements, persistent identifiers (Crossref DOI, ORCID, ROR), multilingual concept, etc.
• email and zoom support with short response times (within 24 h, on workdays)
